	The Office A dirt road leads into the gate and turns right into a dirt parking lot. A cobbled walk-way leads to the office, a brick building with a white, slanted roof, a white wooden door, a window on either side of the door with whire shutters, and a small flower garden under each window. In the office a third of the room is part of the office, seperated from the waiting room (the remaining two thirds) by a counter with one lift-up gate. 	Summer Winds Stable On the outside, it is an unpainted barn made out of red wood with a plaque reading "Summer Winds Stable". Inside it smells of warm hay and horses, and they have five stalls on each side. On the right side the corners closest to the door have a large square stall, on the left the corners farthest from the door hold it. The rest are the smaller, rectangular stalls. 	The Riding Rings There are three riding rings, each next to one of the barns. A well-trodden dirt path weaves through the property and is used to ride the horses on in spare time and to get from place to place. 	The House Nearer to the back of the property, by "Forest Winds Stable" is a house that looks like a larger version of the office. On its right side (if you're looking at it) there is a fairly large garden that grows carrots, radishes, peas, and many other veggies that will later get eaten by a horse, a human, or sometimes even a dog. The house has two stories, with the kitchen, dinning room, and living room being on the bottom. The top story contains three bed rooms and a bath room. Warm Winds Stables

Owner: None. Buy for $250
A big, flat plot of land with trees that like to grow near buildings. It is surrounded by a white picket fence that is tall enough that no horse will be able to jump over it. The gate at the front of the land is open during the day (unless needed to be closed for specific reasons) and closed at night. A dirt road leads into the gate and turns right into a dirt parking lot. A cobbled walk-way leads to the office, a brick building with a white, slanted roof, a white wooden door, a window on either side of the door with whire shutters, and a small flower garden under each window. In the office a third of the room is part of the office, seperated from the waiting room (the remaining two thirds) by a counter with one lift-up gate. Jumping is the main discipline ridden at Warm Winds Stables. Boarding is offered for $40 a month and training is offered for $60 a month.
