Harriet walked across the lawns, shlushing in puddles. It had rained last night and the storm looked set to get worse. The stable owner frowned as she thourght of her daughter, who'd gone to look and some horses and needed to be picked up. They'd fourght alot that morning. Harriet said she should take her pickup, but she'd wanted a lift as then she didn't have to take the trailer if she didn't find anything, and the parking was bad. Abby would have to wait until Harriet was ready to go pickup the feed that shed ordered from the stockfeeds.
Making her way to the stables, Harriet felt her phone buzz. Answering it. Her tone grew angry as Abby asked for an early lift due to the rain. She'd found a horse she wanted to rescue, a little chestnut thouraghbred, but it had fallen through. Finally agreeing to pick her up in half an hour, Harriert shut the phone. Stepping into the stables she called out, headed for her car. Jess can you come help me? We gotta pick up feeds and I'll need a hand. She yelled out, and got into her car as she waited for him. She felt the engine purr as rain splated on her windscreen lightly.
